In my opinion it needs work; The photo looks old fashioned and the not sharp at all as well as the added clock. I would just go for a sharper background en maybe you should also try to use a little bit more color. Right now it is really a red overkill.
Also i see what you did; trying to create those circles as light effects but they need to be a bit better, try creating different sizes at more different opacities.
Unfortunately the concept and quality will not appeal to the majority of GraphicRiver users and therefore will not sell in my opinion. The execution is poor but it can be improved and this will help you understand how to produce work in the future.
There are many issues with poor use of white space and type sitting on the trim. Place your type and social media logos at least 5mm from the trim. Also the text at the bottom is very cluttered, this can be improved using more white space and improving the leading of the text.
Remember buyers are looking for items that they can easily customise so I would suggest creating Photoshop and Indesign template versions of any print templates you upload.
