I’ve been rejected 2 themes in row before so I would like to ask you should I try to upload this template or anything which need to be improved before uploading?

On the first look I thought that this is a screenshot of the wordpress admin.
I suggest:- Make the logo a bit more attractive
- Change the location of the search box to a more appropriate place, it look kinda stuck now
Overall it look nice.
