Header looks kinda boring to me.. Also, I think you should up the line-height of the body text and that ‘read more’ button on the latest blog post is awkwardly positioned. That is just my modest opinion as I am no expert in webdesign.

Hey E-Work! Welcome!

The Design needs needs some quite major attention to get accepted here. Browse the HTML section and see the level of detail many authors put into their designs. Your current design needs a much more polished look and feel. It seems like you are using some sort of grid but the alignment throws me off.

You could really do with spending time researching typography. Typography ultimately is what really let’s the design down. It’s role is very important and your use of it along with padding and spacing is really not at the right level at the moment. But the key word i can give you is “Research”. Look hard at the accepted standard and push yourself to go higher in terms of design style or uniqueness, push the boundaries.

One last point, what problem are you trying to solve with this design? Who is it for? A designer? A company? A Magazine? You don’t have to answers these questions here but remember in end design is solving a problem(s). What problem will your design solve for your clients?

Hi,

I think header is too simple, logo is not aligned and menu is too big (you should decrease font-size). Also you should add more padding within the footer section. Anyway I suggest you to learn more about spacing and typography because in my opinion this is the biggest issue for your template.
