Need gallery system with front end UI

Hey all,

I need a system/plugin/script/whatever where users can submit photos and videos to be automatically put into a nice gallery system. Something a little like TourFactory (http://tours.tourfactory.com/tours/tour.asp?t=799194 ), but less hideous and I don’t need all those options. It’s for a different purpose, but you should be able to get the idea from that.

While it’s easy for an admin to use a gallery plugin and create these him/herself, I want users to be able to do this. Needs to be front end

Is there anything on the marketplace here that can do this?
