From about 6 months I have problems using Chrome on Graphicriver marketplace:

1. On dashboard and item comments page Reply button doesn’t work

2. On portfolio page Sort button doesn’t work

3. On item pages Facebook and Google+ buttons can be seen and Twitter and Pinterest buttons work not properly. More information link in buyer rating doesn’t work.

These problems don’t exist on Photodune and I use my PD profile to answer the comments.

On Videohive marketplace Video preview button doesn’t work, just open the same page on new window.

Using Firefox browser I have no problems but I like Chrome more that’s why I want to fix the problem. My Chrome is Version 27.0.1453.116 m and last month I reinstalled Win7.

Do you have any ideas where is the problem?

I don’t encounter any of this problem. Do you use any plugins with Chrome?

I have some extensions as Tampermonkey for scripts. But the main question is why everything works in Photodune and in Graphicriver I have problems with the same browser.

Like I said, it all works fine for me, with Chrome on Win7.

Did you have the same problem and same plugins before reinstalling Win7? This isn’t hardware issue.

And forgive me, but I have to ask – did you try to clear cookies? ;)

As I wrote I have these problems from 6 months or more with old and new Win7. Everything started with problems with social buttons on item pages but cos it happened only on a few pages I thought that it is something connected with internet and loading of pages. Later this problem appeared on every item details page but on item comments page all social buttons can be seen. About cookies I clean them time to time of course :-) At this moment I can’t find logical explanation why on Graphicriver I have problems and on PD I have no one. And why video preview button on Videohive doesn’t work.

Try to use CCleaner to clean up all your temps, cookies, sesions and registry. Sometimes do miracles with windows and browsers. You can download from here. It’s free. http://download.cnet.com/CCleaner/3000-18512_4-10315544.html?part=dl-&subj=dl&tag=button

Used this in the past, and it’s very good.

Yes, I used it a few months ago but it didn’t help in this case. When I reinstalled Win7 I began from zero I mean that Chrome was with new installation too but the problems were the same.

I have these same problems, I also noticed that it is hard to scroll when uploading a file to select options in the boxes of what files types are included. But yes TanyDi, i have been experiencing the same problems on a mac so not just win7
