need help! changing icons on a iPod touch? how?

hi everybody,

I have an iPod Touch…and do somebody know if I can change my icons and background on my ipod touch.. as example with this icons package here http://mantia.me/iphone/buuf/

and if yes do you can explain me how to? or perhaps you have a tutorial how to do it?

I think you need to jailbreak your iPod Touch, which is illegal. But you can find more information and tutorials by using google.
