Need help in customizing a WP theme

I require one custom feature on http://demos.appthemes.com/clipper/

Currentlly when coupon creator submit a new coupon and add their URL, default theme settings shows website snap shot as a thumbnail. I like the feature where coupon creator can upload a logo instead, similar to retailmenot.com or couponcodes.com

I have more custom feature requests for this theme which will be requested upon successful completion of above first job.

Well if i take 0 and in my first chance and i draw 0 in top first row 2nd(middle box) then the game winning changce of both player End
