need help with rejected PSD

hello folks. i need some opinions of experienced designers here. i have got this template rejected several times for several reasons which i am not applying here because i want different point of views. if i put reviewers opinion, it could affect yours respected opinions.

i know that story about high standards etc. i have got 6 approved templates so far. this new one isn’t that much different than the ones i already have got in my portfolio. also, i have seen worse templates selling here (i am not posting those links in here in respect to their authors).

so, let me know what would you change if you were me:

It’s really nice, you just HAVE to change the look of the buttons on the top. Try to get rid of the ellipse behind them, and change font.

Beyond that, what are the reasons that the reviewer gave?

Hi there. Personally I’m not with the colors really, or I think it’s a bit too colorful. Top bg with shine is a bit too much. (where logo and nav is) 4 buckets below the slider are bad formatted in my opinion. Those thumbs an typo just doesn’t work. Main content bg (blue) could be tiny light gray to white gradient instead. Overall typography is not very good, you should improve this. Footer looks unfinished and not readable to me.

I like it but the button dont look good
