I am exporting a Quicktime Movie from After Effects CS4 , but I am not getting any sound. The video plays, there is just no sound.
I have searched all over looking for a solution, but cannot find anything. Can someone help me figure this out!
Hey bianchient!
Make sure (just in case) that you are also clicking “export audio” on the bottom on the render settings window.
Here is a preview pic to help you out: http://screencast.com/t/n8F2SBTV4t
Make sure (if your video has audio) you didnt, by an accident, mute the audio on the composition panel.

Hope this helps
I do in fact check the audio output box and the movie is built in layers with an MP3 , but it still doesn’t seem to be outputting the audio.
This is driving me nuts!

Did you check is sound “turned on” in layer?
yes, the file exports as a swf, audio and all, no problem. When I try to export it as a Quicktime Movie, the video comes out great, but there is no audio to it.

I checked everything and don’t see what I am missing. If at all possible, is there someone I can send my AE file to that can export it as a Quicktime movie, since I can’t figure it out why the audio isn’t exporting with the movie?
Thanks
