I also presume when your girlfriend goes to a plastic surgeon for breast implants, and he quotes you ‘5000$’ you turn round to the surgeon and tell him it should only cost ‘100$’ as its just squeezing silicon into two pockets, and should take no time at all.

Please tell use how much or how long a job should take unless you can do the work yourself, its insulting.

I can go up to 20$, but since coding is usually 15$-20$/hour i am not willing to pay more.

You’re ridiculous. If you know how long it’s going to take you should be able to do it.

If you don’t know then ask for a quote
Get a real quote, a custom design isn’t $20 it’s $2,000 minimum.

Professional developers would work for $40 an hour minimum.

You get what you pay for, and you’re not going to get anything worth looking at

If you “don’t know how exactly this is made” you ask people for a quote, a custom html template won’t take 40 minutes. When I make a template I make sure it works on all browsers and that alone takes more than 40 minutes

So if you have no experience, or know what processes are involved, why tell people how much or how long its going to take to complete?
