need opinions and ideas on shopping cart template

hi friends, here is my shopping cart template Sdjcart link, it as been submitted and been rejected, reasons specified are :

1) Many elements need spacing and padding adjustments such as login area, products, and header area below the navigation.

2) The search button and box don’t work well with the design. Additionally the search element and currency element feel out of place.

3) The general layout needs positioning, spacing and other improvements as it feels cluttered and busy.

i do agree with some of the above reasons but also before i start work on it, need all your opinions and ideas on it!!
