We are looking for a software engineer to implement a web based application. Web application is in HTML prototype stage. Revisions of design and front-end code will be made. We will hand off the final design and assets for backend implementation, expected to start end of June. Need a developer with extensive knowledge in server side scripting (any of your preference) and database. We are not looking for a developer with design skills, although it will be a plus.

We prefer a developer/partner from U.S. or Korea so that negotiating and contracts can be handled smoothly on all sides. I am an American citizen and my partner is a Korean citizen. We plan to bootstrap but we are open to seek startup funding from investors.
