Is this static HTML ?
If this was for Opencart or one of the Wordpress store plugins such as WooCommerce, WP-Ecommerce etc… I think this would be approved.

I think it is very good, just need little more polish may be? One thing I feel is that the footer bg color can be little darker grey

Hmm, in Firefox you Mega menu breaks the slider. Maybe that is the problem?

Most likely not. But, as someone who is still waiting for the approval of the first theme, I don’t dare to give much design advice.
