Recently I just launched my new web site & I had a lot of help from some one- who did a lot of coding for me- he did a good job (and was paid), but now the guy has dissapeared.
I have sent him 4 e.mails and still no response- not even ” Really busy right now, will get back to you later”.....very un proffesional indeed !
I even sent more work his way and wrote a really nice reference for his new company, which he was going to start.
Kinda funny, as soon as I sent this reference to him- he stopped writing back (weird eh! ) Anyway, so I am now looking for some one to help me with a few things.
