Need some immediate assistance with Wordpress site error in IE!

I have purchased tons of themes via Themeforest for a couple of years now. I happened to run into a guy I went to guy college with who has been doing some freelance coding so decided to work on a couple of projects together which came out pretty well. One of my restaurants clients opened there second location in another city and coded the site, a weeks later I notice that the homepage is not showing properly in IE and he hasn’t fixed the issue which is now a few months old now. Would anyone be willing to look at the issue, and quote me a price if needed? I need to have this resolved ASAP and appreciate anyone willing to assist. I will provide a Wordpress admin access to the person I believe can help.
