How can you make responsive with image has been cropped by add_image_size?

Example:
  1. add_image_size( ‘post-nomargin’, 235, 190, true );
https://www.dropbox.com/s/l541ejnslp2ro0h/26-02-2013%201-49-37.png HTML
  1. <article>
  2. <?php the_post_thumbnail( ‘post-nomargin’ ); ?>
  3. </article>

This is bad way if I use (failed responsive style) article img { width: 100%; }

Are you have tricks? please share, sory for my bad english. :D

There aren’t perfect solution for this. It’s depend on your theme layout structure/logic. If your css set image width to 100% without limit (max-width/min-width) you should upload bigest image as you can because the result of scale down always better than scale up. Maybe you should make some break point base on Article’s width, ex: when Article’s width reach a number of pixel (actual size of image) description text will jump to same row with image… Again, there are no perfect solution for images in responsive webdesign (retina also). You should decide some options that best fit with your theme.
