I am looking for someone to develop an online web site building system with the following requirements.

1. Individual will sign up and be able to create a new web site online with easy browser based on screen tools.

2. The newly created web sites will be stored in our server under sub folders (like www.onlinebuilder.com/customerwebsite), but also individual should be able to carry the website to his own server or own domain easily.

3. New web sites should be template driven that individual can select upon from predefined different skin and themes.

4. Individual should be able to manage the web site structure as well as text and images through an easy web site control panel.
