Reviewer Message:

Our Review team also provided these comments:

Overall, this is a good concept but there are a couple issues here:

We already have a number of submissions with the same overall design and concept and we have to draw the line somewhere.

I think we’re reached a point of saturation. At this point, we’re only looking for unique variations of this design: for another one to be approved it would have to have a couple of unique touches and features that differentiate it from what’s already available and definitely be of higher quality.

Minimal templates can be clean and simple when you manage to handle the white space and details to provide a simple but yet unique template. But if you can’t, it will look like an incomplete template – blank template.

In this case, the submitted template is more like a ‘framework’ than a full fledged design. If you’re going with minimalism, you need to make sure all the little details check out.

Any ideeas?opinions please

Shall i abort this template and start a new one?

Do i have a chance with this template?

Thank you in advance!

First stop posting multiple threads and bumps it achieves nothing.

Your site is not bad but i completely agree with the reviewer that the design is to simple.

You also have code errors for example I open the menu on about or gallery and the page pushes right. I open it on social and it obscures the copy. Same on contact
The footer is dull

Add social sharing to your gallery

Counters should be contained.

Your biggest problem is the design looks bland. There is too much white space, which is probably fueled by the poor typography especially the 2/3 of page text which sorry does not work. The tabbed content on the team page again just looks too plain.

You do not need to necessarily “add anything” but you need to refine the whole design in terms of making it look more fluid, professional and consistent rather than a bunch of page sections with some copy and elements just placed on the page.

I agree with Alex about the design being too plain and incomplete and your file ha to support ALL major browsers not just a authors preference
