Network Bar for XenForo (Header bar)

Hello!

I am looking for a network bar to put at the top of my XenForo forums (a network of game servers) and haven’t found one that works with XenForo yet and fit my needs. Here is an example of what I need: http://i.imgur.com/q17aW.png
