Cool! After the ‘featured in a podcast’ badge, now people will be recognized for appearing in other media as well.
You guys might want to adjust the transparency of the new badge background though: on the badges png spritesheet the new icon has a solid background color, unlike the fully transparent backgrounds of the rest. Since that background is a bit darker than the page background, it kinda sticks out on John’s page too.
