For stock footage I agree that a price increase of any kind would be nice… because it’s always a bit disheartening when I realize the other top stock footage marketplaces are able to set prices on average 10x higher than envato.

I think 70% is more than enough. Combining the fact that the elite level was lowered from 300k to 75k, in this segment, Envato has done a lot for the authors.

Not for all the cases. At the same time ratings also doesn’t necessarily reflect quality of item. I guess that’s why “earnings” based as milestones set here – unavoidably.

We are fine with 30% for Envato, but what we are not fine about is what we get (or rather don’t get) for it.Number 1 is traffic, we need more consistent traffic. Even though the marketplace keeps growing, we don’t feel it. We are in a huge store with thousands of aisles where people only grab stuff from the few front aisles. This worked fine years ago, not anymore. Please innovate.
