How can we use the new system to improve buyers experiences now then?
I’ve just had a 1 star because the buyer perceives bugs in the theme. Thing is, the bug is related to WP Post Attachments, a slightly fiddly area of WP Usage, but something that I could easily help the buyer with if I only had some method of contacting them / replying now?The user has left no item comment, no emails, no support tickets, nothing. Just a buy, and a 1 star. So what can I do about this now? Do I just have to look at this and get annoyed, or is there any way I can help this customer?
We’ve just received a 1 star, because he didn’t like the design and he thinks our item is overpriced!? This is a total nonsense. First of all, didn’t he take a look before buying. And secondly, I don’t understand that what was Envato thinking while adding a reason like “design quality”? I can understand that one for 4 and 5 starts. But below that? Who doesn’t take a look before buying an item or who buys an item if he/she doesn’t like the design?
