It is just weird if you have a bad rating and have no way to get in touch with the buyer to clearify things.

FWIW: I found the “What is the main reason for your rating?” drop down incredibly confusing when trying to leave a rating for some of my downloads. Has anybody else found this when leaving a rating?

I just wanted to leave a rating and a review and it took me like 30 seconds to think about what drop down option I should select.

Also, some people might select “Documentation” from the drop down and give it “1 Star” thinking that the Documentation was poor but the rest of the item was great (ie: what happened here).

Seems like that the point only was to force buyers to type something in, if they want to low rate a item. Unfortunately that does not solve anything. Buyers will still give you low ratings if they are not satisfied with the support for example. And you still have no way to get in touch with them to sort that out.

In the worst case you have many bad ratings with a stupid comment. That will only result in more frustration and more work for envato cause of the many support tickets that will be created if a author received such a rating.
