Today we received a 4 star rating. No reason was selected, no comment, nothing in comments and no threads in our support forum from this buyer. There is nothing to complain about, but still, we would really like to know the reason behind the decision.

Please, guys make the option to contact the buyer or make the select and comment mandatory for 4 stars as well.

@ThemesIndep, you don’t get the point here.. 4 stars isn’t something bad from the buyer’s point of view. For example:

Very nice Theme with lots of Possibilities to personalize everything.

This came with four stars. This buyers really thinks that the theme is nice, but it’s not worth 5 stars. So yeah, ratings are really relative.

4 stars isn’t something bad from the buyer’s point of view…

No, not bad, but if we can contact the buyer at least we can try to understand what is the reason for the rating.

Same here, i don’t understand why releasing this feature to us but not giving us the chance to reply..

Just received my first mail: 4 stard – reason: flexibility
Well.. and why not 5?? :D

Probably would be better to forse users to leave a longer comment. As is now, are they able to rate an ietm also writing “boh”?

Finally, would be possible to receive mails only for 1/2/3 star ratings?

To be honest we were really happy to get this feature, but now we are just fustrated.

We receive 1 Star Ratings and we don’t have any chance to answer or help our Customers. In 99% of the cases the solution is so simple ! And we have no chance to help, because there is no option to answer on the Review.

Even worse in one case the Customer bought the WP version instead of jQuery and since Envato did not answered yet on his mail, he gave us 1 Star. Really fair ;)

Please remove this feature, or make it better, since this way it is neither Customer and Author friendly.

first 1 star rating for me too, a client that mis-read the description and i cannot do anything about it..
