In order to offer great support you need to allow us to contact the users, at least the ones that leave a review. The people that leave reviews are either extremely happy or extremely dissatisfied with the product. I enjoy working with unhappy customers to make sure the product works and fits their needs but it sucks when you get a review and can’t do anything about it…

I think the system should have option to contact customer back when they rated our items too.

Now we only miss a way to contact the user to ask for clarifications.

For example, 1 month ago a customer reported me a bug with a plugin of mine. I wasn’t able to replicate the problem so I asked him further details but he gave no answer.

Today he rated my plugin 2 stars because “it’s bugged in china” (!!!), what am I supposed to do now? I can’t contact him, I just replied again to his comment but I had no answer yet.

Should I open a ticket to Envato because I consider his rating unfair?

I received a 1-star rating on my item saying that the menus do not work. (Well after 250+ sales, a buyer would have reported that???)

I tried to reach the user but he does not reply back + he does not open a support ticket.

I opened a support ticket for this, but it seems Envato cant do anything?

Is great to wake up and see two 1 star ratings left by the same customer with the same message: “hard to use and needs more functions”.

Now, how it can be useful to me?
Hard to use.. why? More functions.. if everything is explained.. why you purchased that??
