Hi there, I want to request new feature like building teams here on themeforest. I mean I want to choose who are in my support team or code expert from other authors here and share some permissions for them: writing comments on my behalf (for example with a label “support staff”), seeing statement, ability to edit item desciption for all or some items, etc. What do you mean guys? Support staff? Have I any chance to see it here?
So many features are requested already 1000+ times.

I think this won’t be a feature ever over here.
Because it’s a feature which holds almost an entire service to run a support service, too big.
Why don’t you just create your own support site? WordPress a couple of plugins and forum and you’re ready to go with all you asked for.

It’s not an entire service, it’s just a matter of letting certain users reply to your own theme comments. Nothing fancy, I don’t know how the permissions were coded, but it shouldn’t be ninja job to allow some more users to reply to our support tickets instead of just the author.
And the – to our own support site, we’d have to support 3 different areas with support(our own forum, TF and email) which is not that great.
Well, it’s your own choice to do support at three different locations.
Simple marketing to make notice you only provide support through your own site, the comments or email.
But don’t get me wrong – such a feature would be nice i can imagine.
