so if i make a bundle of original, 30 seconds edit , and 60 seconds edit. it counted as 3?

Hello waiwai,

The key word is unique. So if all those edits are from the same, original item, then you only have 1 unique clip. Variations are not considered separate clips.

Hope this helps! :)

Lets say, I have a video clip and i want to add alpha channel on it, so it would be saved as *.mov (png squence) with alpha channel. Size of that file would be rather huge and one could have more than one in zip archive, and that would probably exceed upload size limit. So instead, video files could be saved as *.mov (photo jpg) sequence plus another file which would be used for “lumma matte” to artificially created alpha channel on our *mov (photo jpg) sequence. I hope this make any sense? :) Question is, do we add both files to total number of video clips, or just one? This question might be irrelevant, but when customer ask “why did you say 2 clips and there’s just one inside” or vice versa its wont be funny anymore. Hi 3eka,

I think I understand the main question there: Again, the number of “clips” we’re asking for pertains to unique items/clips in your .zip. So as you appear to be talking about an extra, supporting file for the main/original file, that’s not what we’re interested in for the “clips” field. “Clips” is looking to obtain the number of unique clips (on VideoHive) and unique sound effect files (on AudioJungle).

So for example, on AudioJungle, an author could submit a sound effect of a door slamming shut, and 3 variations of the same sound. That would be one unique clip as it’s one, ultimate sound with multiple variations.. Another author could submit a pack of 3 sounds from around the kitchen – a food mixer sound effect, an ice maker sound effect, and toast popping out the toaster. That would be 3 clips as each sound is completely different.

Hope this example helps!

Andrew!!!! You have no avatar! You can’t post on the forums without an avatar!!! :D
That’s his actual picture – he is gray and doesn’t have a face – don’t judge him :)

WebSmacker is absolutely right. We actually took a picture of Andrew yesterday at his desk while he wrote this forum announcement. Here’s the proof, can you spot him busy at work at his desk?

I don’t really see the advantage for an audiojungle buyer to know how many FX sounds are used in the track? Does a processed cymbal crash should be considered as an FX? What about cinematic and EDM tracks? it’s full of FX :)

sorry for so much question ;) ^^
