so means the files available here for sale are ONLY for personal use… 
my client, who is a photographer, approaches me and asks me to develop a website in flash where in he wants an xml based gallery so that he can edit himself and update himself…etc etc.
and then i bought a xml full website template for USD 20 /30/40…
clubbed some features of all three and created a site for him and raised a bill of USD 350 to him
please tell is this illegal
because my cleints represents diverse business verticals.. they know nothing regarding stock or copyrights etc etc..
another example..
my clients has a website but his contact form is not working….
i bought a php flash contact form from flash den for USD 10 and setup databse on his site configured it on his website…and raised a bill of USD 75
is it illegal
please advice
