For me 3 and 6 I’m not a big fan of glows (though used correctly can be very effective). Moreover, we don’t see glows in current logo designs anywhere do we? ;)

It really reminds me of the adobe icons and the “MS” makes me think of microsoft :P I would personally go in a totally new direction… do some sort of neat typographic treatment to MSFX as a whole.

There are quite a lot of authors who have their initials in the style of an Adobe icon. It’s okay, but I think something different would stand out more.

Me like 3 & 6 too…the glow on fx is nice but might become blurry when very small.

Resize the logo to the scale of our avatars… that “fx” is still readable?
+ i don’t like the “S” ..seems to lean to the right. ...why?
