Rather depends on how much work / time is involved.
Here, that would cover 5 – 6 hours. If you allow a couple of hours of client liaison that doesn’t leave much time to actually do the work.

It depends who / what it’s for, their expectations, where in the world you are etc. etc.
Where I am, that covers between 1 and 2 days of graphics work. Hardly enough to produce a polished piece of motion graphics.
