No way! In the last picture ( the panorama ) that’s impossible – How did the program manage to build it in that way ?
Agreed. The tool was very impressive on the first two examples, but some noticeable errors were made. As the guy said during the second one, it does a lot of the grunt work for you, and will probably get you to a very great “starting point”.
Then in the third example, he selected a huge area of white, and bam it completely creates extension without any errors…perfectly. I’m fairly certain that last one was faked.
Get a large image, and cut out the edges…run the tool on the white area…when the tool’s progress bar finishes, pause the recording…turn on the layer with the original image that contains the unclipped edges…restart recording.
Not doubting that it’s going to be a very useful tool, but I don’t think its going to be that amazing. If it is, I’ll give Adobe a lot of credit.
