no, they don’t…i think psd category is a feature for web developers… a designer can submit a site design and another user can re-use for his project..

@ JefferyWay – would it be possible for a themer to create a theme(say Wordpress) and include the PSD as usual, but then also post the PSD alone, at a cheaper price, so that a developer who wants to save money and has the coding chops to do so, can purchase the PSD and do the rest him/herself? That would be really sweet, and I know I might even be interested in purchasing some themes like that. just a thought.
