I see nothing under 300px x 250px, 468px x 60px and 728px x 90px options. Only white space. I’m the only one or its just empty for everyone?

Just make sure you disable any ad-blocking plugin – I’m guessing you’re using AdBlock Plus, aren’t yah? 
Such ad-blocking tools look for keywords such as ads, adverts, etc. you got my point and since the banners are stored in a folder named /referrer_adverts/...
