I want to announce the launch of Support Dash, a customer support web-app, and also thank everyone here who helped me get it off the ground.
I spent the last six months developing and talking with many of you here in order to create it, and I just released the beta. Support Dash was designed to help developers selling WordPress themes & plugins deliver better customer support, in less time. It also integrates with the Envato API to verify paying customers.

This is a good idea but what would be even better if it was a type of unofficial Envato marketplaces support site for items, whether TF, CC, VH, etc.
well, I have checked out your site. I love the idea. Finally someone made something where you can do custom activation codes. I like that. Where you lose me is in the 10 bucks a month deal. I don’t release a lot of themes. I may have very little support request. so for me, I don’t think it will be a good fit. I will try it out for the one free theme though. I am working on a theme that I am about to release. It won’t be through themeforest though. If you had an option to buy outright like a plugin, I might really consider using your system. Although my price point would be $50.00 or less
