Yep, they do.

Of course you cant run a huge business site with 30 subpages on tumblr, but for small businesses who practically only need a slightly extended portfolio its pretty good actually.

You hook up a custom domain and then get free hosting, which makes it a good choice for some businesses in the beginning.
