I just purchased and downloaded the webpoint business theme, there doesn’t appear to be anything in the files…? I’m new to wordpress, am I missing something..?

I’m having the same issue with a Themeforest purchase, how did you resolve the issue. I have contacted support but still no response yet.

Hi – did you try re downloading the item again from your downloads area – I would try that first to make sure it wasn’t just an error downloading the first time.

Hey, The item never appeared in my download section under My Account. Paypal verified the purchase instantly, but nothing ever showed up..

Is this common?

Are you sure you bought it? :) Because there is no any badges under your userpic.

I have the same problem. i have the confirmation of the purchase from paypal but there is nothing at all in the download section!!!

Hi Etnofoco,

That’s actually not what this thread is about (though it’s 2 years old).

Two things:

1. Are you sure you purchased the item from this specific account? As there is no buyer’s badge, it’s possible you purchased from a different account.

2. If you’re sure this is your only account, please contact support – there were some payment glitches the other day where Envato was not receiving payment confirmation from the payment gateway, which I think have been resolved, but there could be some potential residual issues. They’ll get it sorted out :)
