Hey guys,
I have a strange situation and I don’t know is it good or not. My item was updated with a major upgrade and fixed minor (mostly CSS ) problems few days ago.
Before the upgrade I received comments and email questions every day and not a single comment or e-mail since the last update. Is it good or not?
In the mean time sales moves quite good (for the items specific category) and doubled the number of sales in just 5 days (item was published 15 days ago). People rate it 5 out of 5 but no one comments and no more e-mails?
Is this normal and is it good or bad?
Excuse me if it’s a dumb question. I am new here as you can see.

If sales are good but there are no comments it usually means people are not having any problems with it which is a good thing.
