Check out Host Gator. They are who I use. They have a $4.95/month plan, and they have one touch Wordpress install to get you up and running very quickly. Also, what I do, is install Wordpress under multiple domains, that way I have a Wordpress blog for each theme so it can be customized to the fullest, but with only 1 account!

For some free hosts to use you should check out http://www.110mb.com, or http://www.profusehost.net/. Have used them both before and they’re pretty good.
