Noob forgot to add watermarks question:

Hi! I noobed out. Basically I did the audiojungle test a few years ago and never uploaded, I think I had a kid or something, hahaha. Anyhoo, I uploaded 8 songs last week and ignorantly didnt add watermarks to the samples. Of course I figured it out, and make all the appropriately marked files now. So the question is this:

Do I need to delete all my uploads (not reviewed yet) and lose my place in line plus have to retype everything? Or can I wait and correct the uploads after review?

Thanks for the advice and it obviously won’t happen again.

You can wait and correct the uploads after soft reject from reviewer, I think.

Actually, it’s best to wait (especially since a few days have passed). When your songs get their turn to be reviewed – and if the missing watermark is the only thing that’s wrong – they will be soft-rejected, meaning that you can access them via your profile and edit them. Soft-rejected items aren’t deleted, they are still on the marketplaces, but they are not visible to buyers, only to author and the staff.

Yeah the best thing to do is to wait for the review to be done, as they will tell you to replace your audio previews watermarked ones. The edit will take few hours (sometimes few minutes) to be re-reviewed and officially posted among your items. good luck fellow

Hi Shaun, here’s another tip: Create/add an avatar/thumbnail and a profile image, it will make you look a little more professional. The default avatar makes authors look like they’re not taking their music/work very seriously. Good luck on your AudioJungle adventures!
