i am getting an error every time a try to submit a ticket related to payment issue. following is the error.
Uncaught Exception AutoExecute Query: AutoExecute Query: INSERT swsearchindex Table ’./kayako/swsearchindex’ is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed in ./__swift/library/Database/class.SWIFT_Database.php:612
i am not posting the entire error message as it contains some db info which may not be good for the security of the site.
