Hi, I already filled a ticket, try several times, during 2 days, contacted with the owner project (he doesn’t know, but at least he replied, now he is loosing a lot of money if people can not buy at your web his products or others). Paypal says is your problem, not theirs, and i’m not going to make a prepaid to loose my money if i don’nt get any of interest for me at your web. So if i don’t get any answer, i’ll go to buy anything else at other place.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Business is going on here as usual (lots of sales) – so it seems like PayPal is working for most people. Perhaps there is something specific to your account that is preventing you from purchasing.
What does PayPal say the issue is? Or what error are you getting when you attempt to purchase? Knowing the specifics will help support diagnose the issue.
It says since yesterday morning: “Este pago no se puede completar, y no se ha realizado el cargo a su cuenta. Póngase en contacto con el vendedor para obtener más información” This payment cannot be completed, and the charge has not been realized to his account. Get in touch with the seller to obtain more information. And i’m not the only one with this problem, maybe people buying is using prepay methods.

Hi JOYSECA , there is currently an issue with PayPal for some of our users. This is not on our side and we are awaiting an update from PayPal. You can read more about this issue here.
