I haven’t received my first payment and it was meant to be processed on the December 16, the Monday. Any reasons? Checked Paypal and e-mail.

Hi 105production, Have you put a ticket into support? If so can you please post your ticket ID. I can see that your payment has been requested, as the payments were put from our end yesterday there can sometimes be a delay with your personal bank. Please put a ticket into support if you have not already done so and we will investigate the matter further. :)
