What I find most interesting about Mars is that the rocks seem to move around on their own… compare these two official photos from NASA and you’ll see what I mean, PIA16174 and another rover selfie shot PIA16239 . Below you can see the comparison, seems like they have moved some rocks around and also the amount of sand.

The rock in the green circle clearly moves ;) Check out the NASA originals, I didn’t alter the images in any way.

It is the same area… look at the rock below the red circle in both images.. it’s the same rock.. but the rock in the green circle moves location.

Compare PIA16174 and PIA16239 The one is a landscape shot with two different filters … and the other is a rover selfie shot with the same rocks in the background. But if you compare the rocks you’ll notice they have been altered.

There must be a logical explanation for this, but it could be a different location all together all a different filter and taken from different angle.

Can’t be a different location or angle, these two rocks from both images are exactly the same, just taken at different times since the shadows are different. But the other rocks in the pictures move around and other areas change.
