Yea it is possible. You can also make frum themes for you wordpress or html-template.

I generally create Blogger themes, but thought it could be fun to create matching site templates in the same layout style. This would be great for businesses to create an online presence: the site template would act as the main site, while the blog/CMS could be used for company news, updates and the like.
