One PSD design, two sellers. (Copyright Question)

I was thinking to sell my website PSD designs in my own account. But I got offer from a freelance coder and he wanted to sell WP theme in his own account. WP theme of income will be split. But there will be copyright issue if the same design sells in both account.

Before I decide, need to know what is the solution is for this issue.

Why would there be a copyright issue? You would technically be selling two different items.

As long as you have a personal understanding with your partner, you don’t have a problem with copyright.

Like pau1winslow already said, if you allow the other author to use your psd to create a wp theme there is no copyright issue. There are a lot of examples on themeforest where someone created a psd or html theme and another author made it into a wordpress theme.

Just make sure you have a contract with the other person so there wont be any shenanigans.
