Hello Community!

I was wondering something like chat, fast email, any, to solve the problem of authors, Except ticket.
What I mean?

A new job maybe, like reviewers, but the new team to solve, or give answers to authors with new items which rejected or answers before the final upload.. or just answers!!!

I think this support is necessary.
I know reviewers don’t can/want to post a little line of comment when an item hard rejected.

Think about it: 2 or 4 sec to click or copy paste maybe, the robo-messages when hard reject an item. Give to yourself another 4 sec (maybe) with a little comment to understand the authors what is the wrong.

There is a long waiting queue to items, so, after days to give a hard reject without comment i think is wrong. I know, this job is hard, too many items, i know, i know..
So, if all of this seconds are too lazy.. This is the point of this topic… A new job maybe? Or a dream?
