I think you could do with bringing the text size down a notch and keep working at it, maybe look around and get some inspiration as at the moment it’s bland.

This Article is a good read for some help.

Also, I think with PSD templates the design has to be something aesthetically special to be accepted here. So this will need great amounts of work.
