Do you guys create your own “options tree” (which allows the visitor to change the color-style/background patterns/font family/font size/ etc…) or is there one which is already available (freeware or commercial) on the net? Thanks.

You mean theme options interface for wordpress??

There are lot of theme options framework for wordpress, http://wptheming.com/options-framework-plugin/ , https://github.com/sy4mil/Options-Framework , http://leemason.github.com/NHP-Theme-Options-Framework/index.html etc.,

There is a tutorial series in wptuts+ to create your own: http://wp.tutsplus.com/series/the-complete-guide-to-the-wordpress-settings-api/

I was using http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/option-tree/

Currently I’m using http://aquagraphite.com/2011/09/slightly-modded-options-framework/

Both have their pros and cons, and both are GPL license so You can include it in your theme. Find which one is suitable for You.

Hi,

I’m using aquagraphite too and and I’m trying to add on/off button but still without succes… do you think that you can send me your options framework or only code for on/off button and slider. I am 18 years old student so I don’t have money to pay you for that. My email is jakub.kohout11@gmail.com

Thx for your time.
