I think winrar is free to keep using but it’s a commercial zipping utility isn’t it?

I had tried 7zip and didnt work for me…WinRar seems to be working good.

I tried to update 2 themes today, both themes gave me a different response. On my older theme I was able to upload the theme file. However on my newer theme, I wasn’t able to upload the theme file. I had to upload the whole package.
Support team, do you have any clue? I don’t think this is because the compressing method since I compressed both theme files using the same method.

Optional WordPress Theme Your ZIP must contain a single folder at the top level, which will correspond directly with your users’ /YOUR_THEME_NAME/ folder. Top level directories found: admin, framework, images, img, javascripts, languages, scripts, stylesheets
Actually already added the dscrition to style.css so what is the problem?

I have try to zip all the files inside theme folder and zip the theme folder, but i still got error message.
I got file rejected because this case. This is a bugs?

You need to have:
theme.zip/themefolder/all the themes files.
So, if you have a “orange” theme:
orange.zip/orange/

Has this issue been fixed? I just tried uploading about 10 times, using Windows ZIP and winRAR, zipping the inside files, the outside folder.. Different error every time, but still unable to submit.

I believe this issue has been fixed, but if you could provide the errors you’re seeing, then we can look into it and give you some assistance.
