You can’t add a third layer of options. It’s annoying but that’s how Option Tree rolls.

Man I need this so bad.. What if I edit the theme-options.php in that manner?

I saw your issue in OT support section and replied. I re-post my answer here.

I think it’s too hard to make nesting List Item with OT because List Item is a very special option type, it relate with other types and have very complicate structure. If really need a nesting List Item I think you could create a “fake” one by using 2 List Item and combine them with jQuery & CSS. This just my instant idea. :)

Thanks man, but I think like a robot in this matter, I consider keeping OT to be easy to update. I have done some CSS alright but this seems much of a trouble.
